We take the security and privacy of your data on ProductLift very seriously. We understand the importance of keeping your data private and strive to keep it this way.
A tracked user is a user that participates on your feedback portal by either commenting, voting, or posting.
A team member is somebody from your company that wants to have admin access to the portal. With team members, you can have internal discussions on posts. Typically developers, marketeers, product managers, and sales are part of the team in ProductLift.
We will not automatically charge you extra or restrict the portal in any way when you go over the limits.
Instead, we will reach out to you and notify you about it. We give a sufficient amount of time for you to decide and upgrade to the higher plan.
Feel free to contact us using the button on the bottom right. Or send us an email on email@example.com
