How long does it take to set up ProductLift?

Most teams are live in under 10 minutes. Create your account, customize your board, and embed it on your site or share a link. No developers needed.

Do my customers need to create an account to vote?

You choose. Allow anonymous voting, require email only, or use Single Sign-On so customers log in automatically with their existing account in your app.

Can I migrate from another feedback tool?

Yes. Import your existing posts, votes, and users via CSV. If you are coming from Canny, UserVoice, or another tool, our support team can help with the migration.

How does pricing work?

Flat monthly pricing. Your end users (voters, commenters) are always unlimited on every plan. You only pay per team member seat. No per-tracked-user fees that grow with your audience. Plans start at $19/month billed annually.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your 14-day trial includes full access to every feature. When it ends, you can pick a plan or your account pauses. Nothing is deleted. You can come back and reactivate anytime.

Is ProductLift GDPR compliant?

Yes. ProductLift is built and hosted in the EU. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), support data export and deletion requests, and never sell user data to third parties.
