One vocal customer is not the same as many customers.
Startups love saying "yes, later" instead of "no." The result is a backlog of 200 items that's impossible to prioritize. Fix: Use MoSCoW's "Won't-have" category regularly. Delete items that have been sitting in your backlog for 6+ months with no votes.
